Lowcountry Marine Mammal Network

The Lowcountry Marine Mammal Network (LMMN) is a Charleston based nonprofit whose mission is dedicated to protecting local marine mammals for future generations through science, education and conservation. We do this through educational outreach, youth programs and responding to the ~50 sick and injured marine mammals that strand across coastal South Carolina. Founded in 2017, LMMN is dedicated to increasing awareness about the threats dolphins face in Charleston and educating the community on ways they can protect them.
