Depart Charleston at 7:00 a.m.

Arrive in Spartanburg, South Carolina

Participate in presentations and discussions led by OneSpartanburg, Inc.

Topics include:

• How OneSpartanburg Reimagined & Reignited Their Community
• Connecting The Dots: Childcare, Transportation and Workforce Housing Development
• Attainable Housing Incentives & Strategies

Tour attainable housing developments around the city. 

Travel to the Hyatt Regency Greenville for check-in, followed by dinner at The Lazy Goat.

Friday, April 26 - Greenville, SC

Engage with organizations in Greenville who have found solutions to attainable housing challenges.

Topics include:

• Greenville’s Attainable Housing Approach & Funding Solutions
• South Carolina’s Current Housing Legislation
• Lessons Learned: What Worked? What Didn’t Work?

Tour attainable housing developments around the city.

Depart Greenville around 2:30 p.m.

Arrive in Charleston at 6:00 p.m.
