There are moments in your career when you need to trust your voice, whether you’re presenting an idea, speaking up in a meeting or standing in front of a room. Building confidence in those moments can shape how clearly you communicate, how others respond to your ideas and how ready you feel to take on bigger opportunities.
At our next CYP Talk, Erin Kienzle, host of Lowcountry Live! on ABC News 4 and Founder of Giving4Good, will join us for a conversation about becoming a more confident public speaker.
Erin has spent much of her career communicating in front of an audience. From live television and interviews to conversations with people across the Lowcountry, she has learned how to connect with an audience and keep going when things do not go exactly as planned.
She’ll share what she has learned along the way and offer her perspective on becoming more comfortable speaking in front of others, managing nerves and building confidence that carries into the workplace.
Following Erin’s discussion, stick around for networking, light bites and refreshments.
