Do you know your professional worth? At this workshop, Certified Executive Coach Mary Jo Romeo will teach you steps to understand your worth as a professional and how to confidently communicate that value. Knowing your worth will equip you with the perspective you need when approaching tough work conversations, raise negotiations, work-life balance decisions and more.

Afterward the workshop, we'll head down the street together to Commonhouse Aleworks for an hour of networking.
