I remembered these practices as I began to struggle with insomnia, anxiety and stressed out acne prone skin. I began mindfully applying my skincare at night and in the morning. I was able to sleep better at night and focus during the day. Combining my love for CBD wellness benefits and my mothers mindful self care practices was born She Biology.
