Compassionate Accountability® Executive Workshop

Join best-selling author, consultant and leadership expert Nate Regier for a two-day workshop where you’ll dive deep into how the principles and strategies outlined in his new book can give executives new perspective, new tools and new hope for revitalizing their work cultures in order to meet the increasing demand of today’s work world. There’s something for everyone, from high-level mindset shifting around strategy, to coached practice on critical interpersonal communication strategies to negotiating even the most challenging situations.

Day One
Tuesday, August 6
9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Day One will feature an introduction to Compassionate Accountability and how to strategically implement it in your organization, building connections among participants around common themes. The day will include mini-presentations, breakout discussions, hands-on lessons and case study analysis.

Participants will have the opportunity to connect and learn from each other during a cocktail reception at the end of the day.

Day Two
Wednesday, August 7
9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Day Two will equip participants with a personalized approach on how to bring Compassionate Accountability into your daily interactions, teaching you how to build connection while getting results. Participants will take a Compassion Assessment and receive personalized strategy based on their results, along with a customized workbook. The day will feature hands-on practice, simulations and practical applications.

Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be included both days. Participants will also receive a copy of Compassionate Accountability.
