Have you thought about your goals for the year ahead? Are they connected to what truly matters or are they just another item on your to-do list?

At the Thrive Luncheon: Aligning Your Goals with Purpose, we invite you to pause, reflect and set intentions that align with who you are and where you want to go.

Guided by Certified Executive Coach Mary Jo Romeo, we’ll explore the differences between dreams, goals and intentions, and how each shapes us and influences how we can live an intentional life. You’ll also learn different goal frameworks and how to apply the THRIVE framework in a way that feels authentic and achievable. Throughout this interactive luncheon, you will participate in structured exercises to identify top goals and create a plan to enter 2026 with purpose and confidence.

Along the way, you’ll hear from women who have set bold goals, navigated setbacks and found strength in themselves and their community. Their stories will remind us that progress isn’t always linear, but with a plan, focus and flexibility, it’s always possible.
