Each year, a delegation of Charleston’s top business leaders and elected officials travel to Washington, D.C., for an exclusive opportunity to engage directly with key decision-makers shaping our region’s future. Beyond building valuable relationships, this trip provides a direct line to federal policymakers, military leaders and agency officials, ensuring that Charleston’s economic and legislative priorities are heard at the highest levels.

In an era where local and regional challenges are increasingly impacted by federal policy, attendees gain crucial insights into upcoming legislative changes, funding opportunities and regulatory shifts that could affect their industries and communities. The D.C. Fly-In isn’t just about connections; it’s about influence. Trip Details

Dates:
Tuesday, July 22 - Thursday, July 24
One- and two-night options are available. Agendas for each will be provided at a later date.

Registration fees cover accommodations, scheduled meals on Wednesday, July 23 and breakfast on Thursday, July 24.

Transportation:
Transportation during scheduled activities will be provided.
Flights and airport transportation are the responsibility of the attendees.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
D.C. Fly-In is a highly sought trip that typically sells out. Due to the limited availability, we request that payments be made in full upon registration or by Friday, June 20, 2025. Any cancellations made after Friday, June 20, 2025 will not receive a refund due to hotel reservations.
