About our speaker: Melissa Hortman, EdD, is a higher education leader driving digital transformation and innovative learning strategies and currently an Account Executive at Microsoft, serving Southeast institutions. Previously, she spent 12 years in higher education, focused on enhancing faculty experience and ensuring accessibility, including as Associate Professor and Director of Instructional Technology at MUSC.
