Join Col. K. Michael Shirley II for his first Chamber appearance as commander of Joint Base Charleston and the 628th Air Base Wing. 

Col. Shirley will share his vision for the installation, discuss the priorities that will shape his leadership and reflect on the role businesses and community partners play in supporting service members, military families and the installation's long-term mission.
