Most nonprofits aren't short on mission or effort. They're often just short on time.

Technology can help give some of that time back, but only when it works for your organization and the people using it. Making progress doesn't have to mean investing in a new system or completely changing the way your team works, either.

At our next Nonprofit Exchange, Sonia Young, Director of Consulting Services, Higher Education at Deer Brook Consulting, will lead our conversation about making better use of the technology and information your organization already has.

We'll talk about where small changes, smarter use of data, automation and AI can make everyday work a little easier and help your team use its time more effectively. Sonia will also share a practical 90-day approach for identifying where to start making progress without trying to tackle everything at once.
